Welcome to Paradox at the Disco—a place for pride, self-expression, big feelings, and designs that aren't afraid to say something.

I'm Molly, the artist and creator behind Paradox at the Disco, based in Orlando, Florida. I created this shop as a way to combine my love of design with the things I care about most: LGBTQIA+ visibility, individuality, creativity, love, humor, and the occasional opportunity to make a statement.

I've always been an odd bird. I've never been particularly interested in fitting neatly into a box, and I've always believed that the things that make us different are worth celebrating. Paradox at the Disco grew out of that philosophy—a place where you can find something that makes you feel seen, makes you laugh, starts a conversation, or simply says exactly what you want to say without having to say it yourself.

The heart of the shop is LGBTQIA+ pride and unapologetic self-expression. You'll find designs celebrating queer love, identity, resilience, and community alongside political satire, positive messages, and the occasional design that's just a little bit spicy. Some are loud. Some are heartfelt. Some are funny. But all of them are designed to mean something.

I believe clothing can be more than something we put on in the morning. It can be a declaration of who we are, a reminder of what we believe, a way to find our people, or a tiny act of rebellion against a world that often asks us to make ourselves smaller.

And there's a personal story behind some of the artwork, too.

Some of my darker and more surreal illustrations began as drawings I created while working through grief and depression. Art became a way for me to process difficult emotions and turn things I couldn't always put into words into something tangible. While those darker designs aren't the focus of the shop today, that experience continues to shape the way I create. It taught me that art doesn't always have to be pretty to be meaningful—and that sometimes making something is its own form of healing.

Today, I'm focusing Paradox at the Disco on the designs that feel most meaningful to me: bold statements, LGBTQIA+ pride, love, humor, and unapologetic individuality.

All products are made to order through trusted production partners, helping reduce waste while ensuring high-quality prints. This allows me to offer a growing variety of products without unnecessary overproduction, while giving me more time to do what I love most—creating new designs.
